Item Description
28mm (1-1/16"). Obv. portrait, name and 1868. Rev. "Loyalty Shall Govern The Nation" with center shield. Dies by George Lovett. Front rim has 1/8" tarnish line and there are very tiny carbon dots mostly on obverse. Still with near full luster. A rarity and first we've offered. NM.
