Item Description
5" tall (8.25" tall to top of raised handle) tin litho. Made in England by Happynak. Seam on side has "By Permission Walt Disney, Mickey Mouse Ltd. - 'Happynak' Series - Made In Gt Britain." 1930s. Pail has nice wrap-around swimming scene featuring Mickey Mouse diving off dock to join Clarabelle Cow and Horace Horsecollar as Minnie Mouse and Pluto watch. Underside has "British Made" text. Moderate, all over oxidation w/more noticeable oxidation along bottom edge and on underside. VG overall. All of these early full color Happynak pails are rare, this the first example of this pail we've seen in our 51 years.
