Item Description
5.75" tall (8.75" tall to top of raised handle) tin litho sand pail. One of the early sand pails by Ohio Art, 1930s. Sides features great beach scene of Mickey Mouse, Horace Horsecollar and Clarabelle Cow running towards wave w/swimsuits on, Mickey w/inflatable tube around his waist. "Mickey Mouse" name along base. Pail shows moderate wear w/rim having some deformities and bare metal showing. Interior shows obvious wear and handle has obvious wear w/bare metal at edges. Sides show scattered paint nicks/scratches/scuffs and scattered age spots. VG overall. Rare and only the third example we've offered in our 51 years.
