Misspelling of rain is a reference to Vice Presidential candidate Dan Quayle's infamous addition of an "E" to "Potato" at a campaign event during a 6th grade spelling bee. Additional text "Vote Clinton/Gore '92". Small waviness at top center in white field from bar pin construction. Exc. displaying Mint.
