Item Description
4.5" tall ribbon badge (plate #16) w/thin aluminum suspension showing aerial view of the newly opened stadium alone w/1971 date and small logos of the group attending. Gold lettering on the fabric is near invisible at places but reads in full: "Delegate/47th Annual/Convention/Dept. Of/Pennsylvania/V.F.W./Ladies Auxillary/Philadelphia/July 14-17/1971". The Phillies faced the Cubs July 15-16-17, 1971. A very limited issue and overall VF. Paul Muchinsky Collection.
