Item Description
13-5/8x20-5/8" artboard has pencil and ink original art by Gene Colan and inker Frank Giacoia for page 8 of the Oct. 1966 issue of "Tales Of Suspense" published by Marvel Comics. Art is from "By Force Of Arms!" story by Stan Lee featuring Iron Man and Titanium Man. Page has five panels, w/battle taking place in first, fourth and fifth panels, and the fight is overseen by Senator Harrington Byrd as well as Happy Hogan and Pepper Potts. Iron Man appears in first and last panel; Titanium man appears in three panels. Margins have extensive pencil editorial notations. Top left has stamped title as well as inked issue/page numbers. Margins have some scattered dust soiling but art remains clean and Exc.
