First is 1.25" (plate #46) c. 1940s but possibly dates to the 1930s. See matching Orioles button item #105. NM displays Mint. Second is rare and unusual matte finish 2.5" button (Plate #47) used by an individual on the American Legion team attending a "Baseball Coaching Clinic/Detroit June 26-28, 1947 sponsored By The Detroit Tigers And The J.L. Hudson Co." (Detroit's leading department store). Some small, light age marks on edge. VG. A unique example of a rare button. Paul Muchinsky Collection.
