Item Description
1.25" w/"W. H. Haskell St. Louis" back paper. Joseph Flory was the Republican candidate for Governor of Missouri in 1900. Two hairline scratches; a .5" horizontal in the field above McKinley and a .5" diagonal affecting the Flory portrait. Exc. Ron Koot Collection.
