6.75x9-1/8" thick artboard has pen and ink original art showing Marx's popular Pinocchio wind-up w/smaller image in bkg., showing action of toy moving from side to side in a forward walking motion. Original art is from Marx factory archives and was used for promotional purposes. 1939. Artboard has even moderate aging and left margin has slightly uneven trim which does not affect art. Pin hole at bottom left corner and artboard has all over glue staining on reverse as once mounted in scrapbook. Removal has resulted in some scattered surface creases on front, but this is not overly distracting. Some scattered spots of staining around art, mainly at top center and upper right corner. VG/Fine overall. All Marx original art of this type is rare and desirable.
