8.5x11" program w/16 pages for Sept. 23, 1952 World Boxing Heavyweight Championship bout between champion Jersey Joe Walcott and challenger Rocky Marciano, who ultimately knocked Walcott out in the 13th round. Fight took place at Philadelphia's Municipal Stadium. Cover features photos of both contestants and lists physical statistics of each contestant. Interior features extensive biographical articles, photos and typical sports program advertisements. Second to last page is detached but included; missing last page. Program shows moderate handling wear w/pinch creases to spine and handling wear. Vertical crease at center. VG overall.
