Item Description
Set of 96, each 2-1/16x2-15/16" issued in 1951 by Topps. Card fronts feature boxing greats from several decades as well as five wrestlers. Front design includes name, weight class and, if applicable, a belt-like design highlighting any held titles. Backs include stats and bio's. The set was released in two 48 card series w/the second series containing some of the more rare short print releases. Some highlights of the set include- #11 Max Baer, #24 Jim Braddock, #31 "Jersey" Joe Walcott, #32 Rocky Marciano, #43 "Sugar" Ray Robinson, #49 Bob Murphy (SP), #53 Antonino Rocca (Wrestler), #55 Bob Fitzsimmons (SP), #59 Jim Corbett, #61 Pete Mead (SP), #69 John L.
