5x10.75" canvas cap. The 31 buttons are all from 1940 or 1941 and are 5/8" to 1" dia. Majority of buttons are for the International Union of Maritime & Ship Workers Of America. All are Fine to Exc. Hat has toning and faint inscription along bottom edge. VG.
