12.5x18" flat features Sonny the Cuckoo Bird on front w/image of "Bobbing Cuckoo Bird" premium that was offered as a box insert. 1972. Back panel advertises 8" tall premium that featured either Sonny or Gramps and was issued in three colors each. Unused file copy w/no folds.NM.
