(light toning in field between 9 and 10 o'clock, VF); "Nagler For Congress 23rd District" New York cello. (moderate surface wear, VF) and "Bronx County La Guardia For Mayor/ Nagler For Boro Pres./ Quill And Ninfo For Councilmen" (obvious paint wear including dots of missing paint and hairline scratches contained mostly to edges, VG).
