Item Description
10x15x2" deep cardboard box w/illustrated lid contains complete 13-piece tin litho set No. 338A ("Pink"), the medium sized of three produced by Ohio Art, ©1937 WDE. Box lid features nice art of Snow White serving Dwarfs tea along w/repeated images of rabbits and owls. Box has moderate even aging and scattered dust soiling w/slight concave warp to lid. Corners show some wear but are tight. Box is complete w/original die-cut insert which has some scattered moisture staining. Fine overall. Box contains three place settings, plus a 5.5x7.5" serving tray. Set also has three tea cups, three saucers, three plates as well as tea pot w/lid, creamer and open sugar. All pieces feature different images of Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs including them playing instruments, drying dishes, etc. Some scattered lt. wear/aging as boxed but set remains bright and glossy. VF to Exc. overall. Rare as boxed.
