Single-sided 10x16-7/8" poster features Superman image at left under "Send Superman To War" text at top. © Superman, Inc. Issued 1944 by AEWS in cooperation w/Associated Program Sponsors. Text at right reads "Ask Your School Librarian Or District Victory Council How You Can Send Comic Books And Other Popular Magazines To Soldiers Who Are Stationed In Europe, The Pacific, And Guarding Our Home Front." Text across bottom "This Summer, Remember Them With V-Mail And Packages From Home". Folded as issued w/some lt. scattered handling wear. Left/right margins have .25" strips of aging w/similar but fainter strip at top/bottom. Poster o/w remains bright and clean. Fine/VF. Rare, one of only a few known examples.
