Item Description
Double-sided 13x33.5" die-cut cardboard sign featuring Superman flying w/box of Kellogg's Corn Flakes in his hands. ©1956 NCP, Inc. and part of store display. Superman image has moderate restoration including an added layer of cardboard for reinforcement between the two sides, scattered color touch-ups and tiny hole made for hanging display has been filled in along top center w/new hanging hole added at Superman's bent elbow. Superman's extending leg has been replaced below the knee and his bent leg has had tip of foot restored. Scattered creases and repaired edge tears. One side has faint 8" long streak of moisture staining, but this is not overly distracting. Still displays Fine overall. Rare and desirable display piece. Only the second example we've offered in our 51 years.
