Item Description
10x15" thin cardboard boxing style poster for March 28, 1960 concert at the Empire Theatre in Liverpool, England featuring Bobby Darin and Duane Eddy (who are both noted as "From America - First Ever Trip To Britain!"), Clyde McPhatter, Emile Ford & The Checkmates as well as Bob Miller and The Millermen. Poster dates to early in the careers of both Darin and Eddy, who have some of their hit songs listed by their names, including "Mack The Knife" and "Dream Lover" w/poster noting Darin's "Latest Release - 'Beyond The Sea'." Poster has had hanger tab added on back at top center and has some handling wear. 5" crease at lower left and faint horizontal crease above Emile Ford's name. Fine overall. Rare.
