Item Description
Original cardboard box w/illustrated lid contains first version of this 13.5" tall toy. Made in Japan by Nippon/Nomura, c. 1960s. Box lid has partial store price sticker and shows moderate handling wear w/edge creases and aging. Fine. Toy has vinyl head/hands/feet, fabric outfit and tin litho base. Toy works as Frankenstein produces a screeching noise as he moves his upper body and arms. His pants then fall to expose his underwear and his face lights red as if embarrassed. Clean battery box. VF example of this classic toy.
