Item Description
16x20" print featuring wonderful art by Vincent DiFate, ©2003. Art features large portrait of the Creature from the Black Lagoon w/image of the Creature carrying Kay Lawrence (played by Julie Adams). Print has been signed at bottom margin in blue felt tip pen by Ben Chapman (1928-2008), who played the Gillman in scenes that took place on land. Chapman has added "Aloha Pete - Hawaii 3-28-03" inscription and date. Bottom left has been signed black felt tip pen by Adams, who adds "To Pete - All The Best!" inscription. Lower right has also been signed in black felt tip pen by the artist, who has added "78/1000" edition number. Signatures of Adams and DiFate were obtained in-person at the first Monster-Mania convention in Cherry Hill, NJ in Sept. 2003. Print is Exc. Print image was featured as the cover to the convention program, of which a copy is included w/print. Comes with Hake's COA and JSA COA.
