Item Description
9x17.5x1.75" deep cardboard box w/illustrated lid contains complete parts for Transogram game. ©1963 Jack Chertok Television Inc. Based on the 1963-1966 TV sitcom starring Ray Walston as Uncle Martin (the titular Martian) and Bill Bixby. Box shows some corner tip wear and main panel has scattered streak of residue running vertically by Uncle Martin image. Box is still tight and VF overall. Complete w/rule folder, illustrated cardboard insert w/four punch-out Martian figures on two "Brain Waves" and punch-out "Earth" disc. Factory-sealed well contains one metal holder (to be inserted at center of gameboard, four plastic stands, plastic scoring picks, pair of dice and 24 cards. Cellophane has some tiny tears but still sealed. 17x17" gameboard has large image of Earth at center and comical images of Uncle Martin and various other items. Board comes w/ punch-out circle from center which was meant to be discarded and is rarely seen. Board is NM. Old store stock. Rare and desirable game in this unused condition.
