Item Description
17.5x26.5" glossy paper poster for final season for The Capitol Theatre in Portchester, NY. Poster advertises series of concerts that took place May 16 through May 31, 1975. Acts included - Blue Oyster Cult (May 16), Commander Cody & His Lost Planet Airmen (May 17), Return to Forever w/Chick Corea and The Eleventh House w/Larry Coryell (May 23), Bonnie Raitt, Buddy Guy and Jr. Wells (May 24), Fleetwood Mac (May 30) and Nitty Gritty Dirt Band (May 31). 1975 was the first year for Fleetwood Mac's new line-up. Poster features images of crying people at top w/freshly dug grave and "Capitol R.I.P." tombstone w/coffin marked "Capitol Theatre." Poster has some scattered handling wear w/1.5" crease at top left corner and upper right margin has .25" edge sliver off. Fine/VF. Scarce.
