Item Description
Pair of 15x21.25" double-sided newspaper pages from Feb. 18, 1940 issue of "Kansas City Journal" published for Kansas City, MO area. These are uncirculated pages w/o fold as they were from bound volume. Pages feature great assortment of characters that were rarely featured in syndicate newspaper strips, including - "The Blue Beetle, Rex Dexter - Interplanetary Adventurer, Dr. Fung - Master Sleuth Of The Orient, The Flame, The Green Mask, Patty O'Day, Yarko The Great - Master Magician" and "'Spark' Stevens Of The Navy." Top/bottom margins of pages have tanned w/age and have some small tears/chips, but pages o/w remain clean. Fine/VF overall.
