1992 Hasbro. Presentation artwork of Mutt for series 11 figure as part of the "Drug Elimination Force". 16x20" art board with painted original artwork of character and costume. Weapon grip in hand but rest was ommited in this design. Unsigned by Hasbro artist. Lt. handling wear but displays Exc.
