Item Description
8.5" long w/1.75" cello button. Hanger at top has "U.L. Of M.D" and ribbons below read "Union League Of Maryland Inauguration March 4, 1900." Button has large perched eagle and a Rough Rider at bottom center. Vertical lines in printing at bottom left otherwise only light wear in reflected light. NM. Scarce.
