Letter reads in part "The Enclosed 'Arkansas Traveler' Button Will Allow You Access To All Of These Events And It Is Very important You Not Lose Your Button Or Let Someone Borrow It. It Is Non-Transferable And Cannot Be Replaced." Button has "Made In Arkansas By United Cerebral Palsy" sticker on reverse. Letter has two horizontal mailing folds and unused original envelope.
