Item Description
Set of six 4" tall figural hard plastic containers, each w/raised "Aunt Jemima - F&F Mold & Die Works Dayton, Ohio" text on underside. c. 1950s. Each figure is cast from the same mold and separates at waist. Inside has original plastic shaker inserts. Painted black/white accents, each apron has different spice name. Varying degrees of apron and lettering wear. Fine overall. Spices include -  cinnamon, cloves, ginger, nutmeg, paprika, allspice. Though not marked, these shakers were part of a Quaker Oats promotion, which included additional matching items from salt and pepper sets to a cookie jar. Set is designed to be displayed on 2-1/8x13x2" deep copper-toned aluminum rack w/"The Mississippi" scene. This version of rack is scarce. Rack has two hanger loops on back. Some minor bends and lt. wear. Fine.
