4x5.5x11.25" cardboard box complete w/die-cut insert that originally contained 12 oz. figural chocolate Donald Duck confection by John F. Schoener Inc. of Reading, PA. ©1938 WDE. Box has great full body image of Donald wearing a hunting cap and left/right side panels feature repeat image of him w/pair of Pluto-like hunting dogs from 1938 animated short "The Fox Hunt." Box has even moderate aging w/corner wear and archival tape repairs/reinforcements to underside of lid and at corners. Still displays Fine overall. Rare.
