7/8" with W&H paper. Text "Donald McDougall American Champion". Perhaps made as a souvenir for sale in W&H's Newark hometown, the location of the famous Newark Velodrome that attracted world famous cyclists. See bicycle stickpins, etc. #752. McDougall won the first American amateur championship in 1912. Faint gray dot at 9 o'clock. NM. Rare.
