Item Description
11x14" lobby card for the original release of the 1925 silent horror film adaptation of Gaston Leroux's novel, directed by Rupert Julian and starring Lon Chaney in the titular role alongside Mary Philbin and Norman Kerry, both of whom are pictured on the lobby card, looking down at The Phantom when he makes his shocking debut at the costume ball (Phantom is not actually seen on card's main image, but a full body image of him in his costume is featured at lower right, his face obscured). Card has even aging and some corner foxing and has been paper-backed w/some scattered restoration to margin at top center, just above left center, and at upper right corner. Some minor color touch-ups to a few handling creases. Still a clean example that displays Fine/VF overall.
