Item Description
15.5" dia. double bubble advertising clock issued for Royal Crest dairies in the 1950s features Hopalong Cassidy theme w/Hoppy portraits within stars at 12, 3, 6 and 9 o'clock positions. Inner dome has Royal Crest name/logo w/"Royal Crest - All Star Dairy Products - Hoppy's Favorite" text and an additional Hoppy portrait. Clock lights and is running w/original wire and plug. Back has nearly complete Advertising Products, Inc. maker's decal. Missing tiny generic knob from stem that changes hand position, but this is easily replaced and hands can still be manually positioned via stem. Back shows some scattered wear from display and aluminum rim has some scattered lt. wear on front. Front remains bright, glossy and displays Exc. Very rare, w/only a few known examples. One of the ultimate Hopalong Cassidy display pieces as well as a desirable item for the double bubble advertising clock collector.
