Item Description
28.25x42" Style B poster for the original release of the 1918 Fox Film Corporation drama directed by Harry F. Millarde and starring June Caprice. This is one of eight films Caprice starred in that were directed by Millarde, who became her husband. Wonderful stone lithography by Alpha Lithographic Co. (who only printed movie posters for a few years) of New York features Caprice smiling as her scheming uncle (played by Bernard Randall) hovers over her. Originally folded, poster has been linen-mounted and shows very minimal color touch-ups/restoration along fold lines and at fold crease intersections. Minor work to corners. Displays Exc. as linen-mounted. Very rare poster.
