7/8" with name "Winchester" and "W" logo at center overprinted by "U.S. War Bonds" surrounded by "Subscriber/Payroll Deduction". Only the second we've seen. NM displaying Mint. Comes with 11/16" tall and wide diamond shaped enamel on "Sterling" pin. Text is "Volunteer Ordnance Works" with eagle in top panel and Hercules Powder Co. logo in lower panel.
