Item Description
Stickpins average about 2.25" and others are around 7/8-1-1/8". Stickpins are- The Bison (with image) by Seyfang & Prentiss, Buffalo followed by "The Racycle Self-Oiling" with large reverse text "Miami Cycle & Mfg. Co. Middletown, Ohio, U.S.A." Both of these are rare. Last two are Tribune (Erie, Pa.) and Columbia-You See Them Everywhere. Next are five lapel studs with sixth a pin-back (c. 1898) for "Little Joe". Some edge stain at bottom. but Fine and others VF to Mint. Last is cast metal pin for road safety campaign introduced by Raleigh bicycles in the late 1940s. Knight holds banner "The Circle Of Silver Knights" with panel below "Courteous Cyclist". See other early bicycle items #712-715. Exc.
