Item Description
27.5x41" for the original release of the 1939 Republic Pictures comedy directed by Gus Meins and starring James Gleason, Lucile Gleason, Russell Gleason, Harry Davenport, Berton Churchill and Marie Wilson. The film is the third of the nine film Higgins Family series. Comical stone lithography by Morgan Litho Corp. of Cleveland, OH features caricatures of the film's stars, showing James Gleason grimacing as his and his family watch man digging ditch. Originally folded, poster has been linen-mounted and has had some color touch-ups along fold lines and fold crease intersections. Pin holes at corners and scattered along margins. VF as linen-mounted w/deep color.
