Item Description
41x77.25" for the original release of the 1928 Peerless Pictures romance directed by Dallas M. Fitzgerald and starring Pauline Garon, Allan Simpson, Rosemary Cooper, Gladden James, William Eugene and James Aubrey. Nice stone lithography by Continental Litho. Corp. of Cleveland, OH shows Garon looking on as a letter is given to James. Cupid is seen at their feet, holding his bow and arrow. As w/all three sheets, this poster is pieced together from three pieces, resulting in some uneven margins, but images line up nicely. Originally folded, poster has been linen-mounted and has had restoration and color touch-ups along fold lines and at fold crease intersections. Margins and entirety of white field has been airbrushed, resulting in very crisp and clean appearance. Displays Exc as linen-mounted w/strong color.
