Item Description
42x80.25" for 1890s theater performance featuring the 3 Dunbar Sisters in "The Broadway Burlesquers." Great stone lithography by Courier Litho. Co. of Buffalo, NY features image of the Dunbars raising their skirts in an exaggerated curtsy, revealing their legs. As w/all three sheets, this poster is pieced together from three pieces, resulting in some slightly uneven margins, but images line up nicely. Originally folded, poster has been linen-mounted and has moderate scattered margin wear including tears (which have some scattered restoration) and a few thin slivers off top left and upper right. Scattered minor color touch-ups and lt. restoration along fold lines and at fold crease intersections. Poster still displays VF overall. Rare poster for this obscure show.
