Item Description
¾" and 7/8". First has additional text "National Defense & Relief Week" w/"I.L.D & W.I.R." at bottom for International Labor Defense and Workers International Relief, both Communist groups working in support of imprisoned strikers. Second reads "I Gave To Free Gastonia Prisoners." Both have light even fading of red and moderate surface wear. First has faint light brown edge stain at 8 o'clock that is barely visible on front. Fine. Important and rare artifacts of one of the most historic labor strikes in American history.
