2-1/8" w/W&H back paper. Design incorporates key symbols of Marcus Garvey's organizations including a steam ship, palm tree, rising sun, pair of black stars and an early version of the United Negro Improvement Association and African Communities League flag. This button was used during the first "UNIA-ACL" National Convention occurring August 1, 1920 at Madison Square Garden. Exc.
