1.75" cello button suspending a 3.25" long ribbon reading "Inauguration Wilson And Marshall Washington March 4th, 1913" w/2-1/8" rooster button attached under collet. Moderate even age toning throughout buttons w/largest having scattered light gray dots at extreme edges. Displays VF. A rare artifact of Wilson first inauguration.
