1.25" sepia toned real photo portrait button at top w/ribbon affixed under collet dangling a 1.75" dia. metal framed cello medallion w/text "Souvenir Peace Jubilee Philadelphia, 1898" and featuring a sepia toned real photo portrait w/text "For Governor Of Penna. Col. Wm. A. Stone." A bit of luster wear mentioned for accuracy but otherwise extremely clean. NM.
