c. 1908. 2.25x2.5" brass. Ornate die cut hanger is a map of VA w/cities and rail lines depicted. Chain links suspend a medallion w/a portrait of "William H Taft." Moderate age toning most notably three scattered dots affecting portrait. Fine. The first time we've encountered this unusual badge.
