6.5" long w/applied sepia toned real photo jugate at center. Additional text "Together In Defeat 1896 Together In Victory 1900" and "July 8, 1900." Minor fraying at bottom center and applied cello disk has come loose along bottom right edge but remains firmly attached to ribbon. Fine.
