7.75" long. Text reads "Banquet Tendered W. H. Taft President-Elect Of The United States By The Citizens Of New Orleans February 12, 1909." At top is a 7/8" portrait button. Exc. displaying Mint. Ribbon has tiny hole above the "N" in "Banquet" and light handling wear. Otherwise extremely clean w/almost no loss of gilt lettering. VF. Rare.
