1.5x2.5" brass. "Souvenir" hanger features California golden grizzly bear at top. Medallion has enamel highlights framing portrait and showcases the draped American flags at r/l. Exc. A superb example of this scarce badge. Taft delivered the inaugural toast at the festival that was largely a celebration of the city's rise from the devastating earthquake of 1906.
