Back panel has "Lucky Leprechaun Spin Wheel" offer, noting bicycle attachment w/patriotic spin wheel was offered as a box insert and could be attached to bicycles, etc. Side panel notes other General Mills cereals, including "Trix" and "Frosty O's" w/Dudley Do-Right (and "STP" or Road Runner racing decal premiums). Unused file copy w/no folds. NM. From the archives of premium creators Sam & Gordon Gold and comes with LOA.
