Item Description
Pair, both from 1965. "Funny Face Fun Book" is 5x7" w/16 pages featuring puzzles, pictures to color, center spread is "Race To The Flavor Factory" game. Funny Face characters are featured throughout as well as on front/back covers. Booklet was released just after the Injun Orange and Chinese Cherry character change. Contents are lightly aged but still a NM file copy w/o mailing imprint on the reverse. Comes w/two 11x14" contest sheets w/illustration at top center of rare Goofy Grape wristwatch premium prize. Designated areas where Funny Face characters were to be cut from drink packs and pasted on the sheets. Of note, sheet refers only to "Cherry" and "Orange" while premium book uses new "Choo Choo Cherry" and "Jolly Ollie Orange" names. Both have original horizontal fold at center as issued. Unused and Exc. Lot shows the interesting progression of the dropping of the Chinese Cherry and Injun Orange names. From the archives of premium creators Sam & Gordon Gold and comes with LOA.
