11.25x13" multi-layer retailer's promotional folder w/staggered pages containing "Sample Of 32 Page Cartoon Book, Two Typical Action Pages After Assembling, 8 Coloring Pages In This Book." Produced and released through Sears department stores during the Christmas 1944 season. This includes bound in (now loose) copy of "A Christmas Carol" comic book, which is listed in the "Overstreet Comic Book Price Guide" under Christmas Carol. Sample comic has even aging and is o/w NM. "Action Pages" section features two Christmas Carol pull features w/Ebenezer Scrooge. Printed color sample page shows how coloring pages will look upon completion. Back features additional Sears Toyland promotional content including Santa Claus. Folder has lt. even aging and some staple oxidation. VF overall. Rare. From the archives of premium creators Sam & Gordon Gold and comes with LOA.
