32" long including streamers. Felt pennant is c.1915 and has scattered faint light brown age toning. VF. 7/8" buttons have keystone design and read "Penna. Votes For Women 1915." Both are Exc. as made. Scarce. A charming artifact of the women's suffrage movement.
