29.75x40.5" poster features striking image of man reacting in anger, having tossed his hat to the ground he's in the middle of taking off his coat. A crumpled newspaper lays at his feet, its headline reading "Huns Kill Women And Children!," a reference to German war crimes. Poster art by James Montgomery Flagg. Top of poster has bold red lettering reading "Tell That To The Marines!"
